Federal Government Runs The Most Profitable Organized Crime Unit In The World
Everyone hates the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) because they constantly take our money. If we do not pay they threaten or coerce us into paying with liens and other ruinous financial methodologies to force us into compliance of their wishes. Most notably, it is their unjustified and criminal action using the income tax system to destroy our citizen’s lives.
Surprisingly enough, the majority of citizens are not doing anything about it either. They simply pay the extortion fees and go along to get along. They mistakenly believe it is better to pay homage to the federal mafia than it is to protect themselves from the thieves.
If one was to look up the law term extortion in the dictionary they are likely to find the definition “the crime of obtaining money or some other thing of value by the abuse of one’s office or authority” or something to that effect. It is not too hard of stretch for people to see that based on this small definition that the IRS is engaging in extortion.
Looking a little closer at definitions, we can see the term Organized Crime as defined by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), yes the same FBI of the federal government. On their website the term is defined as:
The FBI defines organized crime as any group having some manner of a formalized structure and whose primary objective is to obtain money through illegal activities. Such groups maintain their position through the use of actual or threatened violence, corrupt public officials, graft, or extortion, and generally have a significant impact on the people in their locales, region, or the country as a whole.
Taking the first sentence, I doubt that anyone will dispute that the IRS has a formalized structure. I seriously doubt that anyone would argue their primary objective is obtaining money. In looking at the second sentence, no one would argue that they do not go about their business through the use of actual or threatened force. Anyone who has dealt with them on any level knows that they will do so. Corrupt public officials in the House and Senate will back them up when people seek help from their representatives to get the IRS off their backs. Clearly, ALL that they do has a significant impact on the people in their locales, region and the country as a whole.
So the only really question is in the first sentence. That is determining whether or not their “activity” is legal. What does the term legal mean?
Legal is an adjective that has several meanings but they all revolve the law.
- Permitted by law, lawful
- Appointed, established or authorized by law
- Deriving authority by law
As such, this means that we would need to see a law passed by Congress that allows the IRS to do its dirty work in order for it to be legal. Positive law written by Congress is considered an Act of Congress. There is no Act of Congress requiring that the people of the United States of America pay an income tax. There is only the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) , see Title 26 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
I make this known because the CFR is NOT, I repeat NOT, law. According to our own government’s website (http://www.gpo.gov/help/index.html#about_code_of_federal_regulations.htm), the CFR is:
the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the departments and agencies of the Federal Government.
It is interesting to note that these rules are NOT created by Congress the same ways laws are made. These are created by “departments and agencies of the Federal Government”. That alone should make everyone who is paying income taxes to be outraged. Unfortunately it will not.
We have the fox guarding the henhouse. Nobody is supposed to be above the law. The FBI is charged with investigating federal crimes. We see it over and over again. Yet, not ONCE have they ever done anything to stop the illegal practice of our government thieves. Nor, have the people done anything about it.
Like a baby that will push and push until limits are forced upon it, our government keeps on pushing the limits of its boundaries. Time is running short. In 1776 our forefathers did something about it. Here we are a mere few hundred years later and witnessing it all over again. Will the people finally get the courage to stand up to the Federal Mafia and right the ship or will they continue (like good little slaves) to pay the extortion fees?
Yours in Liberty
